I received my Diploma for Special Education and secondary school teaching in Graz , Austria. While teaching in Austria, I married and moved with my husband to the United States. I taught German in Austin, Texas in various schools. After moving to Atlanta, I started substitute teaching at the Goethe Institute. I taught three years at the German School of Atlanta before moving to the Portland area.
